You can now not only send tickets to Support without leaving the HitBTC page, but also view all replies from the Support Team in your account.
To view the history of your communication with the Support Team, click the Support icon in the header menu.

Are my requests avaliable only for me? Can I observe others’ questions, that might be similar to mine?
In the Support section, you can see only your personal correspondence with the HitBTC Support Team, but from time to time we post frequently asked questions in our FAQ.
