Dear traders!

To keep our community united and the environment of our Trollbox peaceful and orderly, we at HitBTC have assembled a set of rules meaning to provide the best chatting experience to all participants. Please follow these few rules to ensure that everybody feels respected and heard as well as to protect the members of Trollbox from unwanted content. The violators of our Rules will be warned and, in extreme cases, banned from the chat.

  1. No referral links, mentions of Ponzi schemes or advertising of any kind are allowed in the Trollbox. This also includes posting links to exchange platforms other than HitBTC and encouraging people to use other services.
  2. Panhandling is strongly disapproved. Any chat member asking for free coins will be warned and can be banned if being too obnoxious.
  3. HitBTC strives to maintain the community as safe as it can be so please refrain from posting any information regarding your HitBTC account and keep an eye on other chat members to ensure no private information is posted openly.
  4. Please follow the netiquette and refrain from writing in capitals, excessive swearing or flooding the chat.
  5. Make sure to leave religion and politics outside of HitBTC Trollbox unless all the chat members consider the discussion relevant and inoffensive. Any chat member making offensive statements should be banned immediately.
  6.  Any chat member posting inappropriate content will be banned at once, whether plain text or links are posted. Inappropriate content stands for:    
  •  pornography or sexually suggestive items/themes
  •  adult content – topics that are not suitable for minors
  •  racial/ethnic slurs
  •  violent or explicitly graphic themes.
  1.  To stay safe, please don’t trust those who might speak on behalf of HitBTC team in the chat. It’s important to remember that, especially if you happen to encounter someone asking to share any private data, such as logins, passwords, payment details, etc. Those who do that will be banned by our moderators. Members of HitBTC team won’t ever ask you to disclose your private data, and HitBTC chat isn’t designed as the official communication channel with the team.
  2. HitBTC welcomes traders with different levels of experience. We are calling for consideration and assistance shown to traders regardless of their knowledge.
  3. We enjoy having a multicultural and multilingual community at HitBTC, thus several language rooms are available in the Trollbox. Kindly choose the corresponding chat to communicate with peers or text in one of the represented languages. If you would like us to consider introducing a new chat room, contact our support team.
  4. Communication in HitBTC Trollbox is based upon mutual respect. Indifference towards others’ wishes or feelings, bullying and insults will result in an immediate ban.
